Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please refer to our size guide, monogram guide, and ask any questions prior to ordering items to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. Non Personalized Items: In the event that it does not work out for you, you may ship it back to us within 30 days. Items received within 14 days of the original delivery date will receive a refund or store credit for an exchange. Original shipping costs will not be refunded or credited. If the item is received 15-30 days from the original delivery date, a store credit will be issued. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items with detached tags, stains, odors, hairs, etc.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Should your items arrive damaged or incorrectly personalized, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of the package's arrival. At our discretion we will replace or refund damaged items and assume shipping costs associated with said decision.
Please note we are unable to refund, exchange, or replace ordered items if you do not contact us within the first 7 days of your order arriving.
Due to fluctuating production times, we cannot guarantee any items can be canceled once the order is placed. If you need to cancel an item, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
